We’re Recruiting in Yorkshire

Due to huge expansion we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our family business. You’ll need to be a real ‘team player’ a good organiser and motivator and know how to liaise brilliantly with customers.

We’re not necessarily looking for someone with a cleaning industry background but someone who is good at organising, recruiting, training, doing quality audits and generally getting stuck in by helping on cleaning when needed (we can teach that bit!).

Working 40 – 60 hours a week, mainly Monday to Friday but we have a rota for weekend cover. We can either supply a fully expensed company van or give you a mileage allowance towards operating your own vehicle. We’ll give you a mobile phone and a laptop (to do audits) and pay your out of pocket expenses.

This job is covering the whole of Yorkshire. Clients range from York and Harrogate down to Sheffield.

Apart from the hourly rate (we pay that so you actually earn money for all the hours you work!) we pay an additional ‘audit bonus’ for doing the site visits and sending the reports to our clients.
