For us, Edwards are not just a cleaning contractor - they are part of our team. They are our eyes and ears around the buildings, helping us maintain high standards and ensuring our tenants are well looked after. Their contribution is invaluable, and we are proud to have them as a trusted partner.
Edwards stood out because of their honesty and personal approach. Paul was upfront about their services, and if something was outside their usual scope, he was clear about it. That integrity set them apart. It wasn’t about being the cheapest; it was about delivering consistent, high-quality service backed by genuine relationships.
Since Edwards took over, things have really improved. The management team is a lot more responsive and supportive, and the regular check-ins mean there's always a good line of communication. The staff seem a lot happier and better supported, which makes a real difference day to day. And I’ve got to say, Paula has been fantastic - she just gets things done. You ask her for something, and before you’ve even finished the sentence, it’s sorted. She really knows her stuff and makes my job so much easier.
Positive, hands on, quick response times and very transparent.
