Discussing not only the business but what we look for in applicants, good characteristics and what makes a really good application for a role. The importance of self awareness to understand what an individual would suit and the importance of being ‘fluid’ in the job market and finding what you want by trying different jobs in a variety of industries until you get the right ‘fit.’
The students worked the cameras, managed the sound and lighting and the interviewer, Christian was just fantastic, full of enthusiasm and confidence. What a great way to end the week and fingers crossed it makes a helpful difference to those who see it in their search for a role which will provide fulfilment.
