We’re Recruiting! Operations Manager (Yorkshire)

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our family-owned and operated business. You’ll need to be a real ‘team player’ a good organiser and motivator and know how to liaise brilliantly with customers and work with other operations managers. You’ll have P&L responsibility for the accounts you look after. We’re not necessarily looking for someone with a cleaning industry background but someone who is good at organising, recruiting, training, doing quality audits and helping the cleaning teams when needed.

Working 45 – 50+ hours a week, mainly Monday to Friday but we have a rota for weekend cover. You will have use of a company van. We’ll give you mobile phone and a Chromebook (to do audits) and pay your “out of pocket” expenses.

This job is covering the whole of Yorkshire. Clients range from York to Sheffield.

Apart from the hourly rate (we pay that so you actually earn money for all the hours you work!) we pay an additional ‘audit bonus’ for doing the site visits and sending the reports to our clients. £10.30 per hour x 50 hours = £26,780 pa

£10.30 per hour x 55 hours = £29,458 pa

£10.30 per hour x 60 hours = £32,136 pa

Audit bonus averages £350+ per month on top of monthly pay = £4,200+ pa (and growing)
