We are looking for an Administration Assistant to work from our office in Regent Centre, Gosforth between 1.00pm to 4pm (flexible) Monday to Friday, which is an initial 15 hours per week, this will change as the role develops.
You’d need to be available to cover extra holiday hours if requested too. As this is a part time role, it’s important you can easily get to Regent Centre in Gosforth. There is little point in applying if you live too far away.
The role will be to help make recruitment calls (telephone interview staff), take calls, pass messages, write delivery notes, help with arranging cover, setting up client portals (GSuite) and general administration duties working alongside our Office Manager, Sarah. Ideally you’ll have used Indeed, Facebook and other social media to recruit previously. We’d like you to to help with our Social Media marketing. You will need to understand IT and have experience of G Suite operating systems, including Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms.
You’ll need to be a ‘people person’ and have a nice telephone manner. Teamwork is everything and you’ll need to fit in with our culture of looking after staff and customers.

We’re in the busy, growing commercial cleaning business. We have 400+ staff and around 300 clients so it’s a busy little office.
Computer literate (G Suite experienced), nice telephone manner, used to making recruitment calls and telephone interviewing for suitability.
